OUR MISSION
Crocheting has been a source of joy and hope for us.  We are passionate about making one-of-a-kind pieces as a way to share joy.  

DESIGN CONSULTATIONS
Some have wondered why we have a three-step process that includes a design consultation.  This process allows us to ensure that all items live up to our high standards.  We are fiber artists, and like any artist, we want to ensure that every customer is happy with their commissioned piece.  

PAYMENT 
When you confirm your order, one-half of the price is due, which covers the cost of materials.  When the order is ready to ship, you will receive a photo of the completed project, at which time the rest of the payment is due.   The down payment is non-refundable unless something happens that prevents us from completing you order.    

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer shipping to the entire  United States. Our team works hard to ensure that your custom crochet pieces are carefully packaged and delivered to you in a timely manner.  As you know, all pieces are handmade to order, which contributes to the shipping time. An estimate of the time until shipping for your specific order will be included in the paperwork upon order confirmation.   

RETURNS
As we sell custom items, we have a limited return policy.  Returns and refunds are only possible in extenuating circumstances.  If there is a major issue with your order, we will work with you to make it right.  The item must be shipped back to us before any refund is possible.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking number to keep an eye on your package every step of the way.
